Showers and baths usually get blocked with hair. We use a combination of we-vacuum and sani-snake to pull out the blockage to restore flow and eliminate the fear of shower time flooding the house or getting a foot bath while showering in the tub.
At DRAIN UNBLOCKING 247, we like to do things properly. That is why every sink waste pipe is cleaned using both a sani-snake and wet-vac. The sani-snake is used to scrape the fat and grease of the inside of the pipe and the wet-vac, then pulls out all the debris to restore the pipework to like new condition. Gullies usually block up with fat and grease that is washed down the kitchen sink as it hardens in the colder outdoor drain. The other common gully blockage is green waste, such as leaves and soil. To unblock gullies, we use a gully hose at the end of the main jetting hose that is flexible enough to get round the bend of the gully that is impossible to reach by hand.
Identifying bad smells in properties is our speciality because living with toxic sewer gasses is not a good way to live. We adapted an American technique for carrying out smoke tests and have helped many people where other companies have failed. Because you can smell a bad smell but you can't see it or where it is coming from, we use a smoke machine to blow smoke into the drainage system and then wait to see where it comes out from. This way, we get a visual of where the bad smells are coming from and can plan on how to resolve the issue.
